The Unexpected Guest, 2019
video

The Unexpected Guest is an experimentation on speech to text technology, translation gaps and multiperspectivity. Through the use of samples from two radio adaptation of the same play in two different languages, sound and text interact with each other in order to create a grid of narrational choices. Depending on the viewer's language skills, attention and imagination, a different story shapes through the fragmented presentation of A. Christie’s homonymous novel.
